• Payment proof: the UPI transaction ID or screenshot you send us. We do not run a payment gateway, and we never ask for or store card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs.
• Incomplete orders: if you enter your phone number on the order page but do not finish ordering, we may save the cart so we can help you complete it.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, verify your payment and issue your GST invoice.
• To send order updates by WhatsApp or email, including your order-status link and courier tracking number.
• To answer your questions and sort out delivery or refund issues.
• To improve the website, and to tell you about offers if you have ordered from us or asked to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Courier and delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.

• Authorities, when the law requires it, for example for tax records.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax laws require. Incomplete carts and messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices
